As a hands-on interface between our employees and our digital technology, this job translates complex requirements to working IT solutions.
Creating a flexible, yet robust and secure technology roadmap and architecture, but also working very hands-on within the entire IT stack.
Hardware and infrastructure, data from industrial and business systems, integrations of various systems (CRM, ERP and IoT, etc) as well as custom developed applications and project management.
We would like you to have a broad and solid hands-on experience of driving digital maturity growth and related projects, resulting great business impact.
- Your understanding of the user perspective and digital technology makes you very comfortable with requirement management and let you easily create and present resulting technical solutions and architectural designs in a structured way.
- You are no stranger to hands-on work, your technical skills enable you to design, implement and document. Areas like e.g. coding and databases, system integration and communication, hardware configuration and setup are familiar.
- You are proactive and driven, communicative and a great collaborator. You welcome every opportunity to coach your colleagues and grow both yourself and others.
- You have a university degree or other relevant education.
It is beneficial if you have experience with industrial data and processes or IoT platforms. Also if you have supported production units in digitalizing their continuous improvement work would be excellent.
This job requires good written and verbal English skills, Swedish and other language skills are to your advantage.
