Temporary Customer Support Position with Immediate Start in Uppsala,Nordic

We are looking for a substitute employee in customer support to our Nordic sales office in Uppsala, Nordic.

6 months of temporary, full-time, and thereafter a possibility of permanent employment.

You work in a smaller team where it is important that we thrive together.

With the customer in focus, we jointly create a positive, efficient and professional working climate.

Your working experience:

• Experience in technical inside Sales/customer support and providing support to customers

• Telephone and mail contact with customers and suppliers

• Handle Monitor for quote, specification, order, invoice, complaint eg

• Technically knowledgeable and able to understand drawings and specifications?

• Likes to work in a small workplace and be involved in most things, including general office duties

 

You recognize yourself as driven, cheerful and outgoing, positive with a solving attitude, knowledgeable.

Easy to catch new tasks, interested in building sustainable relationships with colleagues and customers.

You speak Swedish and English and perhaps Swedish/Finnish.
