Extrusion
One of Optinova's key success factors is the in-house design, development and building of extrusion lines and other equipment. All extrusion lines have OD an laser measuring system. The wide range of extruders and auxiliary equipment gives Optinova the possibility to use the right setup for every task.
PTFE extrusion
Experience of PTFE paste extrusion since 1971. PTFE extrusion lines dedicated for manufacturing of small size catheter tubing.

Thermoplastic fluoropolymer extrusion
Experience of thermoplastic fluoropolymers extrusion such as FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF since 1971. The extruder lines are specially designed and the extruders are built of a special anti-corrosion alloy. In-house compounding facility to produce compounds such as barium sulphate filled FEP.

Thermoplastic extrusion
