Final inspection
Measuring Capabilities and Sampling Plans in QC
The measuring devices in our final inspection are state-of-the-art equipment and we use SPC-Software to collect data. The calibration status for each device can be seen in a database and we use internal and external sources for calibration. Sampling levels are according to ISO 2859 or customer requirements and all samples are taken randomly from each manufacturing batch.

Profile Projectors
We use profile projectors from Werth or Nikon to measure wall-thickness, eccentricity and OD/ID.

Laser Beam Equipment
To achieve accurate measurements on OD and ovality we use Laser Beam Equipment from Beta LaserMike.

Tensile Properties Measurements
Elongation, force at break etc are measured with a Zwik Z005 tensile tester. We also include these measurements in the test report for each batch, if required.
